TERMS. This Player Card (“Card”) may be used to store COAM awards and is redeemable only at the Georgia retail store where COAM games were played and COAM awards won (the “Location”). Card is redeemable up to its balance only for store credit, store merchandise, free play, or Georgia Lottery tickets. Card may not be redeemed for cash, alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. COAM awards on Card are nontransferable. Card is not a debit card, credit card or gift card. Card balance expires one (1) year from date of last load or reload and does not impose fees. Card minimum load is $5.00. Cards can be reloaded only with COAM awards from the Location. Card malfunction voids plays and awards. Must be 18 years or older to obtain or use Card. Safeguard your Card, it will not be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. Use or acceptance of Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and all terms and conditions of applicable Georgia Lottery laws.
